Asian Messenger Audience Grows In Russia

Experts note that while transitioning involves costs and logistical complexities, corporate messengers can increase employee productivity by removing news and public channels. Leading consumption regions include Moscow, Moscow Oblast, Saint Petersburg, Sverdlovsk Oblast, and Krasnodar Krai. Nearly half of all buyers purchase ready-to-eat meals at least once a month. Interest in local corporate digital services in Russia grew fivefold in March, according to Vladimir Zykov, head of the association of professional social media and messenger users.

According to Digital Budget data, this growth is occurring despite marketers not yet finding commercial applications for these platforms.
