The Shangcheng District in Hangzhou has launched a 1 billion yuan special entrepreneurship investment fund to support artificial intelligence startups. This initiative includes 100 million yuan in annual special funds and 20,000 square meters of community workspace to foster AI-driven business models. The move aims to accelerate the transition of tech researchers into independent product creators within the regional ecosystem. These entities include high-skilled professionals such as IT software developers, designers, artists, and financial advisors who deliver results independently.
