Nanjing Steel Group Implements AI Technology
Nanjing Steel Group is integrating large-scale AI models into its steel production processes. The technology is being used to serve as a digital brain for the steel industry to improve operational efficiency. The implementation of these models has increased the precision of temperature monitoring from 75-80% to over 99.5%. The central control for these AI models is managed through the Nangang Smart Center. This technology aims to provide real-time monitoring of minute parameter changes in steel production. The model has increased the frequency of discount rate control from a previous level of 75% to 80% to over 99.5%. The center serves as a central hub for the Chinese steel industry. The group reported that key equipment, CNC cutting rates, and networking rates have reached 100 percent. New product research and development cycles have been reduced by half compared to traditional modes.
