Academic Sets World Record at London Marathon

ABC NewsRadio AU London 17d15d Impact 7
The London Marathon will see a rematch between last year's top two finishers, Sebastian Sarway and Uganda's Jacob Kitlimo. Sarway won the 2025 London Marathon, and Kitlimo later won the Chicago Marathon. Both athletes have also achieved half marathon world records. The London Marathon attracted elite runners with budgets, pushing each other to achieve top speeds. While the Valencia Marathon has a faster course, London's event featured ten major names.
