Polish Judoka Wins Grand Slam In Tajikistan
Alexandra Kowalewska, a 21-year-old Polish judoka, won the Grand Slam competition in the under 70kg category in Tajikistan. Kowalewska defeated Austrian athlete Michaela Polleres in the final. Polleres is a two-time Olympic medalist with silver in Tokyo and bronze in Paris.
