New Mathematical Paper On Turan Problems
A new type of ring, called a quasi-nil clean ring, has been introduced in a mathematical paper. In this ring type, each element is the sum of a quasi-idempotent and a nilpotent. The paper also explores the relation between E2 transitions in even-even and odd-mass nuclei.
