Magnitude 4.0 Earthquake Strikes Japan
An earthquake with a magnitude of 3 was detected near Yoron Island, in the town of Chinzei, Kagoshima Prefecture. No tsunami warning was issued for the region. A magnitude 4.0 earthquake struck the border region of Toyama and Gifu prefectures in Japan.
