Discovery Of Two Ancient Cities Confirms Mature Chinese Civilization
Small amounts of millet remains have been discovered at the Xinglonggou site in Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, dating back nearly 8000 years. The CRI News Radio report specified that 5,826 millet grains were found among the Longshan era remains at the Zhouyuan Wangjiazui site. Prehistoric sites across northern China have yielded numerous ancient irrigated millet remains.
