Polish Researchers Develop Drought-Resistant Sugar Beet
Scientists from the Lublin University of Life Sciences are working on a new variety of sugar beet designed to regenerate faster with minimal water. The project is a joint collaboration between Polish and German researchers. Results from the study are expected to take several years to manifest. The research aims to improve crop resilience during periods of agricultural drought.
