Non-Citizens Voting Allegations in California Dismissed
Allegations of non-citizens voting in California elections have been dismissed due to a lack of evidence. C-SPAN Radio reported that turnout differentials in Central Valley districts with large non-citizen populations do not indicate widespread illegal voting. It is illegal for non-citizens to vote, and ballot fraud detection exercises have not revealed numbers of non-citizen voters.
