Montgomery County Council Passes Face Mask Ban For Officers

The Montgomery County Council voted unanimously in favor of the Unmask ICE Act. The bill prohibits ICE agents and other law enforcement officers from wearing masks or facial coverings while on duty. Councilmember Will Joando sponsored the legislation. The act applies to federal, state, and local law enforcement officers.
