Mexican Deportees Receive Two-Day Shelter Access
Mexican deportees are being provided with two-day stays at border shelters to facilitate reintegration. These facilities allow individuals to obtain Mexican IDs and register for government assistance programs. The program, known as Mexico Embraces You, aims to assist deportees re-entering Mexican society. The Mexican president stated that the country looks out for its citizens during this process.
