Israeli Local Authorities Refuse To Open Schools
Israeli local authorities in the north have announced for the first time that they will not open schools and institutions. They consider the government's actions a slap in the face to those trying to return to normal life in northern Israel. The authorities are attempting to impose their will on the elections.
