France Proposes Making Crimes Against Minors Unprescribable
The Council of Europe met to discuss justice for the crime of aggression in Ukraine. The Special Tribunal must prioritize Ukrainian victims in its proceedings. French Interior Minister Gérald Darmanin stated his intention to make crimes committed against minors imprescribable. The Paris prosecutor's office is considering the proposal following a complaint filed by Flavie Flament.
