Court Grants Conditional Release for Polish Driver
A court in Dąbrowa Górnicza ordered a 3-month arrest for a 57-year-old man involved in an accident. The arrest is conditional upon a 400,000 PLN bail payment. If paid within 14 days, the man will be released under police supervision and a ban on leaving the country. Sosnowiec prosecutor Bartosz Kilian confirmed the court's decision.
