Coalition Loses Majority In Berlin Election Poll

Inforadio RBB Berlin 14d14d Impact 5
A recent poll indicates that 79 percent of respondents are less than or not satisfied with the work of the Berlin Senate. If elections were held this Sunday, the CDU would receive 19 percent and the SPD 14 percent. The Greens, Die Linke, and AfD would each receive 18 percent. BSW and FDP would fail to enter the Abgeordnetenhaus. Berlin Mayor Wegner defended his decision against criticism. A new Infatest-Demab poll indicates the CDU-led coalition will lack a majority in the Berlin election in five months. The CDU, led by Mayor Kai Weckner, fell to 19% support. The SPD recorded 14% support. All other parties are projected to miss the threshold for the Abgeordnetenhaus, according to the survey.
