German Prosecutors Fill Most Vacant Positions
The Authority for Justice and Consumer Protection reported that the number of unfinished proceedings decreased from 77,000 to 66,000 by the end of March. This reduction allowed for 28 positions to be newly filled. Out of a total of 231 prosecutor positions, seven remain vacant.
