Madrid Firefighter Shortage Linked To Increased Fire Incidents
A fire in Madrid on New Year's Eve resulted in one death and left a firefighter with second-degree burns. The Madrid City Council is considering a proposal to install a commemorative plaque in the capital to honor Mandrágora. PSOE member Jorge Donaire defended the proposal during a plenary session.
