Pakistan Mediates Diplomatic Efforts In Islamabad
The second round of negotiations aimed at ending hostilities between the United States and Iran in Pakistan has concluded without success. The meeting follows recent geopolitical tensions in the Middle East. The discussions involve high-ranking military officials, including the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Air Force. The meetings are being conducted under the oversight of the Supreme National Security Council. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi concluded a visit to Islamabad to engage in diplomatic discussions. International flights at Tehran's Imam Khomeini International Airport have resumed for the first time since the onset of the conflict. Pakistan is actively mediating efforts to bring various parties together for discussions. Low-level delegations have already begun meeting through Pakistani mediation to address ongoing regional issues.
