Poll Shows Tightening Election Race In New Taipei

The survey, conducted by Mountain Water Research Company for Polling Media, interviewed 1,070 residents aged 20 and over between April 29 and May 1. A small percentage of respondents did not believe the election was tight. Personal characteristics accounted for 30.3% of voter considerations, while party image was cited by 29.8%. The poll was commissioned by Polling Media and conducted by Mountain Water Opinion Research Company from April 29 to May 1, surveying 1,070 eligible voters in New Taipei with a 95% confidence level and a margin of error.
