TAP Privatization To Remove Court of Auditors Oversight
The Portuguese government has proposed that TAP will fall outside the jurisdiction of the Court of Auditors once privatized. Following privatization, the company will no longer be subject to the oversight and monitoring of the Court of Auditors.
