Hanoi Eases Social Housing Eligibility Rules
Hanoi authorities have issued a decision regarding social housing support policies. The decision follows existing housing laws. A new decision regarding social housing has been issued in Vietnam. The policy allows individuals to access social housing even if their owned property is located far from their place of work. Local authorities are working to resolve difficulties in land clearance to improve public investment disbursement progress. Tran Bao Ha, Vice Chairman of the Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee, commented on the implementation efforts. The regulation aims to provide more housing security for residents.
