A blogger stated that decisions regarding foreign agent designations in Russia are increasingly driven by security services and the Ministry of Justice. Instead, the blogger anticipates a palace coup based on conversations with individuals including those from the administration. He identified Mikhail Mishustin, the Russian Prime Minister, as a potential beneficiary of such a move.
