European Court Ruling Must Be Implemented
The European Court of Human Rights is expected to issue a decision regarding a case brought by Nikos Androulakis. The court decided in December to examine the matter. A ruling is anticipated by June 26. The European Court is expected to review the case in 2026. The court previously decided in December 2025 to examine the appeal. The case concerns allegations that Androulakis was not effectively represented during monitoring and that the AHT does not comply with a decision from the Council of the Prosecution. A decision by the European Court of Human Rights must be implemented between Tuesday and Wednesday.
