Iran Stores 155 Million Barrels Of Unsold Oil
Iran has issued an ultimatum to the Trump administration and threatened to disrupt global oil supplies following the derailment of peace talks. The country lacks viable alternatives to the existing conflict stalemate. Satellite imagery shows a buildup of Iranian oil tankers near Shahbahar outside the Persian Gulf. Tens of millions of barrels of oil are reportedly accumulating in the sea or in floating storage facilities. Tehran holds the United States responsible for threats to international navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.
