EU Property Cleaning Fines Set At 5000 Euro
Under new European Union regulations, property owners face fines for failing to report cleaning activities. Fines can reach 100 euros for unreported cleaning and 500 euros if neither cleaning nor reporting is done. For failure to clean, penalties start at 200 euros and can go up to 2,000 euros based on property size. False declarations can result in a minimum of six months imprisonment and a 5,000 euro fine.
