Italy Proposes Floor Contracts To Prevent Piracy Agreements
The Italian government is drafting a decree to establish 'floor contracts' to prevent the use of low-quality agreements by minor unions. Under the proposal, collective agreements must be renewed based on proposals from the most representative trade associations.
