Ukraine Digitizes Construction Procurement Processes

A new law in Ukraine is set to fully digitize enforcement proceedings, granting enforcement officers direct access to bank, Ministry of Internal Affairs, and notary registries. The Pension Fund of Ukraine has submitted over 10.6 million scanned documents to digitize labor seniority records. This initiative involves implementing electronic labor books into the national system. The Ministry of Defense also noted that in cases of combat missions, personnel should wait for contact if there is no confirmed data regarding disappearance, injury, or captivity. Ukraine has submitted more than 10,600,000 scanned documents for the purpose of digitizing labor seniority records. More than 10.6 million scanned documents have been submitted to the electronic system for digitizing work experience. The fund stated the transition to electronic records provides easier access to data and reduces the risk of losing paper documents. The Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers has introduced new measures to accelerate infrastructure reconstruction. Prime Minister Yulia Sverdinko announced the implementation of a framework agreement mechanism to select contractors more quickly. The government is also introducing new rules for budget formation based on real market prices. A construction cost database is being launched to support these efforts. These changes aim to simplify procurement and reduce project implementation timelines.
