The proposal aims to address the mobilization resource, which is estimated at 6 million people. According to the Foreign Development Service, Russia is exporting grain grown on occupied Ukrainian territories by mislabeling it as Russian exports. The grain is reportedly being sold on international markets under this guise. This systematic theft involves crops harvested from Ukrainian lands.
