Kremlin Mandates Minority Shareholder Protections By August 1
Presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that mechanisms to protect minority shareholders in Russia are necessary to ensure the interests of bona fide purchasers. The head of state has instructed representatives from the government, the Central Bank, and the Prosecutor General's Office to develop protections for minority shareholders.
