New Taipei Mayoral Polls Show Li Chih-lung Leading

A five-day telephone poll conducted by two political parties shows Kuomintang candidate Li Sichuan leading the race for New Taipei Mayor. Li Sichuan said the victory marks the beginning of his responsibility to implement cooperation between the two parties. A recent poll commissioned by Shang Shui Min Investigation Company shows Li Sichuan with 14.7% support in the New Taipei mayoral race, ahead of KMT candidate Ke Zhien's 30%. This puts him ahead of KMT candidate Ke Chih-en, who garnered 30% support. Concerns have been raised online about Li's recent activities, but the poll indicates strong public backing.
