Marek Lipiński Dies At 84
Polish politician Włodzimierz Czarzasty has died. He was described as a man of dialogue who sought consensus and was sensitive to the needs of people and animals. The Prime Minister and the President are expected to attend ceremonies scheduled for tomorrow. The broadcast noted he was a man of sensitivity toward people and animals in need. Lipiński was long associated with Polish Radio and lectured at the Jerzy Giedroyc University of Communication and Social Media in Warsaw. He was the husband of radio journalist Marysia Szabłowska.
