Prime Minister Modi Launches Rail Projects In Varanasi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is inaugurating several development projects in Varanasi valued at approximately 3,500 crore rupees. The initiatives include the construction of new bridges and infrastructure near Sarnath and the development of the Sant Ravidas Park. Additionally, the projects involve the construction of rail and road networks, including the Varanasi Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction and a fourth rail launch project. New Amrit Bharat Express trains will be introduced connecting Banaras, Pune, and Mumbai to provide modern alternatives for commuters. The inauguration ceremony included the unveiling of new facilities to enhance regional connectivity. These projects include 30 rural water schemes under the Jal Jeevan Mission.
