Slovak PM Conveys Zelenskyy's Meeting Offer To Putin, Moscow Suggested
Slovak Prime Minister Fico, the sole EU leader present at Moscow's Victory Day celebrations, served as a diplomatic intermediary between Kyiv and the Kremlin. During his meeting with the Russian president, Fico stated he transmitted a clear message from Ukrainian leader Zelensky. Zelensky is reportedly willing to engage in a face-to-face meeting in any format. Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico held an informal meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin. Fico shared this in a video address following his visit to Moscow. According to Fico, the Ukrainian leader conveyed this readiness during their personal conversation in Armenia. Putin stated he has never refused such a meeting and suggested Moscow as a possible venue, adding that a meeting is also possible in a third location.
