Kyiv And Moscow Agree To Exchange 1000 Prisoners Each
Ukrainian President Zelenskyy has rejected the possibility of meeting in Moscow for peace talks. A meeting in a third country is also possible, but only if a reliable peace agreement is already in place, which is not currently apparent. Russian President Putin said he would not proactively propose a meeting with Ukrainian President Zelenskyy, nor would he refuse one. The Red Square military parade did not display military equipment yesterday, reportedly due to safety concerns and to focus on the special military operation in Ukraine. The transfer of these 1000 prisoners from each camp is expected to occur almost immediately.
