Court Reaffirms Low Ranking Not Automatic Incompetence In Labor Disputes
A court ruling in a labor dispute said that a temporary low ranking in a performance mechanism does not automatically equate to incompetence. Judge Zhang Yuxian said that a low ranking is an objective and inevitable outcome in any ranking mechanism.
