An review of these inspection protocols is anticipated. Chief of Staff Chuang Jui-hsiung criticized the discrepancy between proposed military spending and actual figures. He noted a gap between a 1.25 trillion TWD total and a 400 billion TWD figure mentioned by legislator Hsu Chiao-hsin. Chuang accused the Kuomintang and Taiwan People's Party of failing to clarify specific project details and amounts.
