Polish President's Judicial Review Opinion May Be Withheld
Jarosław Kaczyński's request for an opinion from the Senate Marshal regarding the President's proposal is expected to be negative. The Marshal of the Sejm stated that the Senate might not issue an opinion at all to avoid legitimizing the process. This opinion is not binding for the President.
