Italian Prosecutors Accused Of Not Applying Wiretap Law
Piero Salsonetti stated that many Italian prosecutors and courts, even after 2023, continue not to apply Article 270 and use 'dragnet' wiretaps at will. Salsonetti suggested that this situation should prompt judicial leaders to request a law to prevent such abuses.
