The Scottish National Party (SNP) and Plaid Cymru, both political parties advocating for independence, are currently leading. For the first time since 1999, the Labour Party is no longer the largest party in the UK Parliament, retaining only 9 seats and falling to third place. Nigel Farage's Reform UK Party lost 1426 seats across the UK. The Labour Party now holds only 1 seat nationally, while Plaid Cymru continues to lead with 43 seats.
