Ukraine Holds Parade Without Victory Or Equipment
Ukrainian authorities have decided to refuse a full-fledged parade, citing special conditions. Children are marching in mini-parades in costumes of small tanks, reportedly due to the absence of real tanks destroyed in the war. A Ukrainian radio station described a parade as occurring "without victory," "without any success," and "without any positive context." The broadcast characterized it as a "parade of paranoid fear" and noted it was "without equipment," stating that equipment would be shown via video from the front. This suggests a symbolic or non-traditional parade format.
