Report Raises Suspicions Over Multiple Full-Time Contracts
Public sector reform has not yet been implemented in Romania. Approximately 1,255,000 positions are occupied and remunerated, with over 14,500 accumulating both salary and pension. Nearly 200,000 individuals hold two or more employment contracts, some with the state and others privately. A high number of these employees with multiple full-time contracts raises suspicions regarding their actual activity and resource utilization.
