Ho Chi Minh City Expands Violence Support System For Women, Children

Ho Chi Minh City's government held a dialogue with businesses to cancel regulations in the food safety sector. The Deputy Director of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Home Affairs stated that 23 out of 54 districts and cities, representing 32% of the total, have submitted applications to establish city-level administrative agencies. The Department is now collaborating with relevant departments to evaluate these applications. Ho Chi Minh City's Interior Department is evaluating applications from 23 out of 54 districts, representing 32% of all administrative units, which have self-assessed their status and applied to become city-level administrative units. A system designed to support women and children experiencing violence or psychological harm, initially launched by Hong Qi Hospital, has expanded to other hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City.
