Ukraine Develops De Facto Presidential Governance System
Ukraine is building a national resistance system to improve coordination between civilian authorities and the military during the ongoing war. Deputy Defense Minister Lieutenant General Yevhen Moisyuk stated that deputy heads for defense affairs will be appointed, including active military personnel recommended by the Ministry of Defense. This initiative aims to expedite security decisions and ensure smoother collaboration. The President has begun to control the Verkhovna Rada and the Cabinet of Ministers through a single-party parliamentary majority.
