Labour Loses Power In Wales For First Time Since 1999 Devolution
The Labour Party has been all but wiped out in Wales, according to LBC London. Reform UK is taking the bulk of the seats in the recent election, with Plaid also securing seats. This follows an election day where results are being tallied. This marks the first time Labour has not governed Wales since devolution began in 1999, having continuously run the region for 27 years.
