Domestic Violence Measures Reviewed in Switzerland
Despite progress in recent years, efforts to combat domestic, sexual, and gender-based violence in Switzerland remain incomplete. An expert stated that the fight against domestic violence is far from over and requires intensified commitment. Cantons and the federal council have assessed the effectiveness of measures against domestic violence. This review comes days before the specialized emergency number 142 is set to launch.
