Ukraine Needs Millions of Workers for Reconstruction
The International Labour Organization estimates Ukraine will need between 8.2 and 8.6 million workers for the country's reconstruction. Demographic shifts, including population decline and the non-return of citizens from abroad, will necessitate mass labor engagement.
