Singapore Reports New Non-Landed Private Home Sales
Singapore has implemented new housing measures, increasing the quota for first-time buyers to 90% from the previous 70%. Additionally, the priority period for these buyers has been extended from one month to two years. The number of Executive Condominium (EC) buyers in Singapore has decreased. This decline is relative to second-time home buyers, who reportedly possess larger housing budgets. The report also indicated that other measures are being implemented, which include raising certain aspects.
