Poland Secures Over 43 Billion Euro From SEAF Deal
Poland is entering a new stage of financing defense contracts, according to Polskie Radio 24. The Polish government signed a deal on May 8, 2026, securing over 43 billion Euro for Poland from the 150 billion Euro SEAF fund. Government Plenipotentiary Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka negotiated the agreement, which was signed at the Polish government seat. She described the day as for both Poland and the EU, stating the contract is signed and the funds are available.
