Swiss Ambassador Julien Thönny stated that it is not possible to establish new commitments for the nuclear deal. The plan B is to at least reaffirm all the principles of the agreement. This comes as nations gather at the UN in New York to discuss the treaty's enforcement or establishment of new terms.
